All sales are final based on the fact that all products leave our warehouse in operating conditions. We will inspect that the product works before shipping from our office. However, we DO NOT offer warranty or a guarantee on any products but the only warranty that may be available on some products will be from the manufacturer of those products. We will not be accountable for any shipping damages – in such cases, please contact the shipping party. We will try to help with all documentation because we will inspect the items before we send it out. Surplus-auctions may take your non-winning bids and turn into store-credit for you to win some products – such deals are solely based on the money spent.

Regular Shipping & Handling prices apply in accordance to your state. We also ship in Canada for an additional charge. The order will be processed within 4 to 7 days. The order will be shipped in 3 weeks from the final transaction. The time frame of delivery solely depends on the shipping company. We will use all major carriers from FedEx to UPS in order to deliver your product. Exceptions apply.Shipping costs vary based on destination.
Cancellation Policy
Only orders not yet processed for shipment may be cancelled.
We will credit cancelled orders in the form of payment used or give store-credit.
We will not credit or reissue coupons on a cancelled order.
The bids will not be refunded on a cancelled order.
You can only cancel an order containing a promotion purchase if the promotion is still valid

All bids are considered a contract that you’re obligated to purchase the item. You can try to contact our office and speak with the management for a concession but we still hold the right to make the call on that. If there is more than one failed deal, your account may be terminated.
