Surplus-Auctions offer six different bid packs, ranging from $18 (30 bids) to $480 (800 bids). Each bid equals a "credit" that will increase the item by $.01. Once a bid is placed, it is removed from your total available bids, and will be shown in your "bid count" on the website. The bids are non-refundable and cannot be retracted once they are placed on a product.

You can choose the ‘’Buy it now’’ option. All your bids placed towards that item will be credited into the purchase of that item. Just pay the difference. The ‘’Buy it now’’ option will be available on selected items only and for a limited time period. OR you can use the bids placed towards the SECOND CHANCE category. We do this so we can keep user retention and ensure that they always receive something for the money spent.

Retail Value: The Retail value is the estimated market value of the product.

Timer: The bidders can choose on what auctions to place their bids on. They should have enough bids in their account. As soon as they place the bid the timer increases by 10 to 20 seconds – depending on the auction. The last bidder who places the bid when the timer reaches 0 will be the winner of the auction. It’s that simple. Every Auction has a timer that resets each time a bid is placed.

Item Price: Standard items start at $0.00 and with each bid the price of the item goes 0.1 cent more till the last bid is placed and the timer hits 0.

Win Limits: We have set specific win limits to promote fair bidding and provide everyone with a chance to win. Win limits are currently set at 3 item per day. And 8 MAXIMUM wins within a month. We do this so that every user has a chance to be a winner.

Shipping: Bidding is open to anybody in the United States and Canada. All winning bidders will be provided with a tracking number once their item ships.

Buy it Now: The "Buy it now" option will be available on all auctions. With the "Buy it now" option any losing bidder can apply the bids they placed on a specific auction toward the purchase of the item for the price listed or can receive bids spent towards other products that are available as a second chance at winning.
